Description
|
|
|
|
Bob Holcomb (Bob Hope) will do anything to stop his daughter JoJo from tying the knot with her lazy boyfriend (Frankie Avalon, who contributes three songs to the film), including getting himself transferred to Sweden and taking his daughter with him. But once they're out of the country, JoJo falls for a sly Swedish playboy. Content with a new love interest of his own (Dina Merrill) and confronted with liberal Swedish morals, Bob decides that marriage might not be too bad an idea after all. This 1965 comedy was helmed by longtime Tonight Show director "Freddie" de Cordova.
