Horowitz Plays Mozart documents his only Mozart concerto recording (No. 23 in A Major), a joyful affair. A Reminiscence interweaves rare footage from concerts, interviews, and private archives into a portrait narrated by his wife, Wanda. Horowitz in London a 1982 concert at the Royal Festival Hall, includes works by Chopin, Schumann, Scriabin, Scarlatti, and others played on the pianist's own Steinway concert grand, while the sparkling Vienna engagement of 1987 highlights Liszt, Chopin, Schubert, and Mozart.
