|
Wisecracking TV weatherman Phil Connors (Bill Murray) gets stuck in a personal time warp and is forced to relive the worst day of his life over and over until he gets it right in this romantic fantasy from 1993. Teamed with a relentlessly cheerful producer (Andie MacDowell) and a smart-aleck cameraman (Chris Elliott), Connors goes to Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, to cover the annual Groundhog Day festivities. But on his way out of town, he is caught in a giant blizzard—which he failed to predict—and finds himself marooned in small-town hell.
