Each of the notecards in this assortment reproduces a page from the extraordinary Rothschild Mahzor, an illuminated Jewish prayer book commissioned by a wealthy Italian family in Florence in 1490 and still in immaculate condition. The pages here are Zodiac and Wheel of Fortune; Opening of the Song of Songs; Opening of Kohelet; and Verses recited according to Kabbalistic practice. The full-sized notecards (6 3/4 x 4 3/4 inches) are presented in a keepsake box with envelopes.
