On this 2009 release O'Riley brings some of America's most talented young musicians to solo with Erich Kunzel and the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra on repertoire from Bruch, Grieg, Mendelssohn, Popper, and Peck. The youngest performer is 12-year-old Hilda Huang, who gives a superb rendition of Bach's Piano Concerto No. 5 in F Minor. Most surprising is a seven-minute Serenade for Strings, a late Romantic-sounding piece by 19-year-old composer Stephen Feigenbaum.
