Proving that you're never too old to rock, the New England–based group Young@Heart is a chorus of senior citizens that sings rock and pop songs from the past six decades. This entertaining and uplifting 2008 British documentary, which won Audience Awards at the Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Warsaw International Film Festivals, follows the group as they rush to prepare new songs for a show in their hometown of Northampton, Massachusetts. Bob Cilman, the group's demanding musical director, leads them through a series of hilariously chaotic rehearsals and triumphant performances. This DVD includes deleted scenes and a featurette. The film was named the best of the year by the Oregonian, and appeared on top ten lists of such papers as the New York Daily News and the Hollywood Reporter.
