Description

|
|
Karin Viard stars in this 2007 film as Anne, a television host on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Her ratings are dropping fast, her marriage is falling apart, and her ten-year-old son is a brat. Alienated from Thomas (played by the film's director, Sam Karmann), her too-perfect husband, she seeks refuge in the arms of another man—her highly successful ex-husband, Marc (François Cluzet). Thomas is in turn very attracted to Marc's wife Caroline (Julie Delarme). But the most important relationship in the film is between Anne and her collaborator, Vincent (a gay author played by André Dussollier). In French with English subtitles.
